    Ok, so I’m still learning how to navigate and work on this site. I need to figure out how to place disclaimers since nothing on this site do I own. I’m only seeing if I can play with the characters. Any reviews are welcome. This was my first attempt at a fan fiction, so please be kind.

    I really enjoyed reading this when it was up for the competition and I liked that you used Pam as the go between, those two always need a good shake to the system to figure out what’s what 🙂 It’s kind of nerve wracking for your first thing to be on a competition right, but its a great place for feedback and an audience.

    The easiest thing for a disclaimer is to use a text widget in your sidebar and place it there so you don’t have to put it atop each piece of text separately as it will always be on display. A lot of authors use the pages instead of posts to house their chapters and then use posts to announce that they’re up. Just add the pages widget to the sidebar too if you go with that option. If you plan on writing multi-chapter stories this definitely makes a WP site easier to navigate and puts everything in a nice order. It takes a bit to figure out all the WP stuff but once you do it’s relatively simple from there on out.

    Good luck with the writing and I can’t wait to have Eric come out and play 😉

      Thank you very much! Yes, it was very nerve wracking and I was nervous, but I figured if it stunk I would be able to tell from any comments left. I was very surprised to have such positive feedback and I’m really glad now that I didn’t chicken out. Of course I saw all the typos, etc after I submitted it. LOL

      After I got things how I liked on the site, for now anyway, I saw that it says this theme only supports one menu. I assume that means that I can’t put on any other buttons and the like? That’s what I was trying/hoping to do, but could only figure out how to post to the main page so far.

      Thanks for the tips. That’s a great idea for the disclaimer. I’m going to work on it over the next couple of weeks and hopefully be able to move the story over to a different page, so it doesn’t have to be the first thing you see.

      And mostly, than you for the encouragement and for being my 1st follower!

    I still like it after reading it again. Sookie having some big realizations is always a great thing. Her and Eric getting their little happy ending is a fantastical thing. Throw a little Pam being rational – even better lol.
